| Cancellation Policy | CANCELLATION BY CLIENT: Client cancellation by the client on any day before the booking schedule is NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION BY ELITE PEARL CHARTER: a. In case of authentic mechanical breakdown, charter will be rescheduled subject to yachts availability. b. In case of Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged subject to yacht availability. If this is not possible, 50% of the charter fee will be refunded. |
