Yacht rental in Dubai Marina: what to expect
Where you board
Dubai Marina boats leave from a handful of points along the canal: Pier 7 behind Dubai Marina Mall, the Marina Walk gates (S, T, U and V), West Marina behind Al Rahim Mosque, and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club next to Vida. Each listing shows its departure point, and the exact gate and berth are confirmed on WhatsApp when you book.
The route
Most charters head out through the Marina canal past the towers, turn along JBR beach and Bluewaters with Ain Dubai above you, then run along Palm Jumeirah to Atlantis. Three hours is the sweet spot; longer trips continue to Burj Al Arab. A swimming stop in calm water near the Palm is standard on most boats.
Prices
Rates in Dubai Marina start from AED 105 per hour for small boats. Mid-size yachts of 50 to 65ft are typically AED 600 to 1,000 per hour and larger yachts run from AED 1,500 upwards. The price you see is per hour with captain, crew and fuel included; most operators ask for a 2-hour minimum.
Best for
Sunset cruises, birthdays and couples: the skyline is right there from the first minute, the water inside the Marina is flat, and there are more small and mid-size boats here than anywhere else in Dubai.
